Last Updated: December 1, 2024
Welcome to MyStreme! By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and MyStreme LLC (“MyStreme,” “we,” or “us”).
- Purpose of MyStreme
MyStreme provides a platform that simplifies access to your favorite streaming services (such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, Apple+, and YouTube) by securely managing your login credentials and offering a streamlined experience to manage, access, filter and experience your subscribed content according to your personal preferences and “Boundaries”.
By using MyStreme, you acknowledge your rights to access tools, including TV Guide-style features and search engine technology, to assist in discovering, organizing, and accessing legally paid-for and publicly available content. MyStreme is committed to facilitating fair use of these tools under applicable laws to enhance your user experience.
TV Guide Access: Users are entitled to use MyStreme’s TV Guide-like interface to explore content across their subscribed streaming services. This tool is designed to provide easy navigation, scheduling, and content discovery, ensuring you maximize the value of your subscriptions.
Search Engine Technology: MyStreme employs advanced search algorithms, artificial intelligence and metadata integration to help users locate and access content they have legally paid for. This fair use of search engine technology aligns with your right to streamline access to licensed digital content and enhances accessibility for all users, including those utilizing assistive technologies under ADA guidelines.
Content Management & Filtering: MyStreme supports your legal right to efficiently organize, access and filter paid-for streaming content and works to ensure compliance with copyright laws, licensing agreements, and user accessibility rights. These features, including Boundaries filtering and Block/Purge Lists are provided to enhance your viewing experience while respecting both user and copyright holder rights.
1.1. Membership and Renewal Upon registration, your MyStreme membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. To access the MyStreme service, you must have an internet connection, a compatible device, and provide us with one or more valid payment methods ("Payment Method"). A Payment Method refers to a current, accepted form of payment that may be updated periodically, including through accounts with third-party providers. You must cancel your membership before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent period (see "Cancellation" below).
1.2. Subscription Plans We offer a variety of subscription plans, some of which may include advertisements or promotional content ("Advertisements"). Plans without Advertisements may still feature limited branded or sponsored content. Additionally, MyStreme may provide access to live or special events, replays, or new features, which may include Advertisements regardless of your subscription plan.
1.3. Third-Party Subscriptions Some subscriptions may be offered by third parties in conjunction with their services or products. MyStreme is not responsible for the products or services provided by such third parties. Subscription plans may have unique conditions or limitations disclosed during sign-up or in related communications.
1.4 Password and Credit Card Management By making this agreement, I understand that MyStreme is empowered to remember and use my user passwords for streaming and/or credit card for purchases, using industry standard privacy and security practices for both ease of use and safety. Purchases will be verified by each user globally or one at a time, based on user preferences.
Promotional Offers
2.1. Eligibility and Limitations MyStreme may offer promotional memberships, plans, or discounts ("Offers"). Eligibility for Offers is determined solely by MyStreme. We reserve the right to revoke an Offer and suspend your account if you are found ineligible. Offers may be unavailable to individuals with existing or recently canceled memberships. Eligibility criteria, restrictions, and other conditions will be disclosed during the sign-up process or through related communications.
Billing and Cancellation
3.1. Billing Cycle Your subscription fee and any applicable taxes or charges incurred in connection with using the service will be charged to your Payment Method on the billing date specified in your account. The billing cycle depends on the subscription plan selected during registration. Payments are fully earned upon processing. Changes to billing dates may occur, such as when updating your Payment Method or modifying your subscription.
3.2. Payment Methods You authorize MyStreme to charge any Payment Method linked to your account for subscription fees. If a primary Payment Method fails, we may suspend your account until valid payment is received. Some Payment Methods may incur additional fees, such as foreign transaction or processing charges. Please consult your Payment Method provider for details.
3.3. Updating Payment Methods You can update your Payment Methods in the "Account" section of our website. By updating, you authorize us to charge the new Payment Method for any outstanding or future fees.
3.4. Cancellation You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.
MyStreme is NOT a subscription cancellation service: If you subscribed to a third party streaming service managed by MyStreme, cancellation may require action through their platform. MyStreme does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf. If you wish to terminate any subscription or service, you must contact the respective streaming platform or service provider directly and follow their specific cancellation procedures. While MyStreme can provide reminders and insights about your subscriptions, it is your responsibility to ensure that any cancellations are completed directly with the appropriate third-party service. MyStreme is not liable for any charges, fees, or continued subscription costs resulting from failure to cancel directly with the service provider.
3.5. Price Changes and Subscription Plan Modifications MyStreme may adjust subscription pricing or features. Members will receive at least 30 days’ notice before changes take effect. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the changes.
3.6. Refunds Payments are nonrefundable, and no credits will be issued for unused subscription periods. Exceptions, if any, are at MyStreme's discretion and do not establish an obligation for future credits or refunds.

MyStreme complies with ADA mandates to simplify streaming for individuals with disabilities, including seniors, patients in care facilities, and others facing accessibility challenges. Public streaming services cannot block ADA-compliant technologies or require you to waive your rights, as such actions are unconscionable and unenforceable.
MyStreme upholds your rights to subscription management tools: The ADA prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities and mandates equal access to “places of public accommodation,” including websites, apps, and digital services. Courts and the Department of Justice (DOJ) have upheld this requirement with severe rulings against corporate violators, emphasizing compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Accessibility features like keyboard navigation, screen readers, and browser automation are essential to ensuring equitable access. Blocking these tools or services, such as MyStreme, may violate the ADA and result in legal consequences.
These ADA protections, while specific to individuals with disabilities, enhance usability for all users, creating more inclusive and intuitive digital platforms.

LEGAL PRECEDENTS FOR MYSTREME
The following pages describe the key moments we have been tracking on our legal journey.
BUILT ON PROVEN TECHNOLOGY:
MyStreme combines these components, many established as open source rights. Although AI is still new and in question, many other aspects of our technology have been tested in court – for decades.
- 50 YEARS OF AGGREGATION: Thanks to TV Guides, Fair Use has protected free access to aggregate, search and display TV content for almost half a century.
- 48 YEARS OF REMOTE CONTROL: Thanks to the ADA and W3C, Web access to movie search with remote keyboard control and voice activated browser automation has remained uncontested as a right, to protect the disabled.
- 25 YEARS OF CURATION: Thanks to Search Engines, The courts have protected the right of digital TV guides and movie review portals with deep links for 25 years.
- 20 YEARS OF RATING: Thanks to Movie Review Portals, Fair Use has protected the rights of dozens of successful streaming TV and movie search engines.
- 20 YEARS OF FILTERING: Thanks to ClearPlay, The Family Movie Act of 2005 has protected our model for family-edited versions of TV and movies for 20 years.
- 12 YEARS OF PASSWORD MANAGERS: Thanks to Google Chrome’s built-in password manager, Google itself or a password manager such as Bitwarden or Dashlane will likely share or assume the risk of this user convenience.
- 2 YEARS OF AI: Thanks to OpenAI and ChatGPT, we have nearly free access to AI for curation and personalized recommendation engines. We expect the majority of the legal risk to initially be on these larger platforms, as these will be our AI sources.
Disclosures: All new technology presents some risk. This document does not provide specific legal or financial advice. Consult your own advisor on legal and financial matters.
